Oh no, Justin Bieber, you just got schooled by a 13-year-old girl.

Or so says Demi Lovato, who so cherished Carly Rose Sonenclar's stripped-down cover of Bieber's "As Long as You Love Me" on "The X Factor" Wednesay night that she dared to claim it eclipsed the Bieb's version. "I love it when I hear unplugged versions of songs that are better than the actual song," Demi gushed. "You sang it better than Justin did."

 Ah, yes, that's the way it's been going for Carly Rose these days. Every song the eigth-grader touches seems to turn to gold. But there are four other acts remaining in this competition (five, if you count CeCe Frey), so let's not hand her the $5 million crown just yet.

Wednesday night, "The X Factor" shook things up a bit, having the contestants sing two songs apiece for the first time -- one an "acoustical" choice and the other picked by the fans. But some things never change: Demi and Simon Cowell continued their verbal sparring, with the latter even referring to the former as "Cruella" at one point.

Once again, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez made sure to steal away for some quality time while a party raged around them.

E! News has learned that the still awfully adorable duo arrived together and were seen holding hands backstage at KIIS-FM's Jingle Ball in Los Angeles before Bieber—the two-night extravaganza's designated closing act—was scheduled to go onstage at the Nokia Theatre.

Aw, sweet.

It looks like Justin Bieber’s attempt at being cool has backfired, as people from all over the world are criticizing the overalls and his attitude about wearing them when meeting with the prime minister of Canada.

According to Yahoo Music on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, Justin Bieber’s getting so many complaints about his Jethro Bodine-like attire that he took to Instagram in his own defense. Justin was referred to as a “punk” and “disrespectful,” along with many other choice words, some that are too harsh on the ears to repeat here.

Not only did Justin show up in overalls and a baseball cap on backwards, he later tweeted about the incident as if it were a joke. This got people’s gander up even more than the appearance itself in some cases. The teen crooner posted a comment after a critic referred to him as "white trash." Bieber wrote:

"I walked straight from my meet and greet to him," he explained further. "It wasn't like it was like I was going into his environment we were at a hockey arena. Wow am I ever white trash."

Justin’s immature behavior might just be starting to take a toll on his popularity, while there’s no doubt he’s still way up there on top, one of his long-time records was broken lately. Saturday morning Psy’s Gangnam Style YouTube surpassed Justin’s long standing “Baby” video on YouTube for the most ever views for a video, according to Bloomberg Business Week.

While this record falling by the wayside is minor compared to the entire scope of Justin’s accomplishments and his popularity, but it could be a hint of things to come. After a while it could snowball on the overall wearing teen, especially when you factor in the rocketing popularity seen from the boy bands like One Direction. There's a bunch of teen heartthrobs ready to take his place as number one with the ladies.

What at first seemed like an amicable split between SelGo and the Biebs is now turning into a battle of he said, she said. Sources close to the former lovers are continuing to reveal new information that shed light on a desperate Justin Bieber.

After reporting that Bieber had proposed to Gomez twice in the month's leading up to their split, gossip blogger Perez Hilton is now saying that the Canadian crooner is harassing his former love.

"Justin is texting her like crazy trying to stay in her good graces," a friend close to the couple told Hilton. "The problem in the first place is that Selena was a little bit of a jealous girlfriend and Justin wasn't really taking her feelings into regard.

Justin doesn't see texting other girls as cheating, but he's promised Selena he'll stop if she takes him back."

On Wednesday an undisclosed source told Hilton that Bieber had popped the question to his first love twice, with Gomez's first reply being that the the two should wait a few months.

However when Bieber popped the question again months later, Gomez rejected him for a second time.

"They have agreed to never, never, ever talk about the proposals!" the source told the blogger. "It would be far too damaging to his reputation if people found out that a smaller star turned down a bigger star."

As E! Online reported, sources close to the actress said Gomez is quite "sad" about the split.
