Given Justin Bieber‘s recent love of tweeting out shirtless photos of himself, perhaps we should be glad he was wearing anything at all. But still, you might expect him to dress it up at least a little when meeting the leader of his native country, Stephan Harper — Prime Minister of Canada.
Then again, when you give a medal to an eighteen-year-old pop star, you kind of get what you paid for.
